5 trucks of aid sent to earthquake victims by Greece

Under the coordination of Turkish consular officials, 5 trucks carrying food, clothing, masks, and hygiene materials collected by the Greek people will be delivered to earthquake victims arrived in Bolu.
Aid materials were unloaded into the warehouse of AFAD Provincial Directorate in Çivril District to be sent to the disaster area.
Bolu Governor Erkan Kılıç, who came to the region, thanked the Greek people who collected the aid and the truck drivers who brought the materials.
Dimitri Spanos, the owner of the logistics company, stated that the materials came from Athens, the capital of Greece, and added "There are things such as blankets, clothes, hygiene materials, masks, personal care products. We brought these materials here to be delivered to earthquake victims."
Noting that Turkish consular officials worked with the Greek state to collect aid materials, Spanos said, "We also helped with transportation. We came voluntarily. Greek citizens supported the aid campaign."
Pointing to the importance of cooperation and solidarity, Spanos said, "This is humanitarian aid. We think it is our duty. We know that if we fall into such a situation in the future, Türkiye will also support us in this way."
