New digital fuel tank register APP available from December 1

The digital application for the register of tanks at public fuel service stations and heating oil sales establishments will be operational from December 1. This new system will enable more effective inspections and enhance the fight against fuel smuggling, available through the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr).

By February 1, 2025, the following entities are required to complete and update their information in the Register:

-holders of public service station licenses

-heating oil vendors

-installers of the input-output monitoring system

Data entry by new volume measurement service providers must be completed by September 1, 2025.

Additionally, from December 1, the upgraded digital database for collecting input-output data from fuel stations will be launched, hosted on modern Cloud infrastructure (G-Cloud).
