Inflation on food and basic living goods between February 2024 and February 2025 is negative, the Development Ministry said in a note this week, following the release of Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) figures.
Inflation on food and basic living goods between February 2024 and February 2025 is negative, the Development Ministry said in a note this week, following the release of Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) figures.
According to ELSTAT data, in the period February 2024-February 2025 inflation in food and non-alcoholic drinks was 0.2%, against a total annual inflation of 2.5%. In food specifically, annual inflation was -0.1%, in cleaning products -5.6%, and in personal hygiene products -2.2%.
