Research shows that Generation Z (born 1996–2012) in Greece favors flexible careers over traditional steady jobs. Six in ten expect to work for up to five different bosses, while 19% anticipate six or more job changes during their lifetime.
Nearly half (48%) of Greek Zoomers aim to start their own business, with 20% eyeing opportunities in technology and innovation. Other popular sectors include real estate and construction (15%), tourism (15%), and financial services.
The study also highlights that 99% of Greek Zoomers own a smartphone, and 94% use social media daily, with many joining platforms like Facebook in early adolescence.
