e-EFKA launches new digital platform for enquiries and complaints

Greece’s social security organisation e-EFKA is launching a new digital platform on Monday to allow citizens to submit enquiries, reports and complaints through a single system.

The platform, introduced as part of the organisation’s new Integrated Information System (IIS), enables users to submit both general and specific requests without sending emails to different departments or visiting e-EFKA offices in person.

Requests routed to relevant departments

Once submitted, each request is automatically directed to the competent department for examination and response, according to an official announcement.

The new service is part of e-EFKA’s broader digital transformation strategy, aimed at simplifying administrative procedures, accelerating the handling of requests and improving access to public services.

The organisation said the platform would allow citizens to manage their enquiries remotely, reducing unnecessary travel and making communication with social security services more efficient.
